Our ITIN loans are intended for owner-occupied properties only. Investors and Landlords cannot use this product to finance a home.
Documents Required
Our ITIN products require two years of U.S. tax returns, in addition to two previous monthly bank statements and a valid passport.
Loan Size
Our ITIN doesn’t limit how much you can borrow, however we do have a minimum loan amount of $150,000.
Please note we cannot perform ITIN loans on mobile homes.
Credit Score & DTI
Our max DTI ratio is 43% for our ITIN borrowers.
Your debt-to-income ratio (DTI) is all your monthly debt payments divided by your gross monthly income. This number is one way lenders measure your ability to manage the monthly payments to repay the money you plan to borrow. Different ITIN loan products and lenders will have different DTI limits ranging from 35-45%.
